Poetry River

Poetry River connects readers, librarians, and teachers “to poems, readings, interviews, essays, blog posts, lesson plans, and articles available from The Poetry Foundation, The Academy of American Poets, The Writer’s Almanac, Poetry Out Loud, Poetry 180and similar sites”….Focus is on materials accessible online. Among the many resources provided are a page on “docupoetry” and an open access digital archives of primary sources “containing stories that seldom get much page-space in U.S. history textbooks.”
